PROJECT

365 Days
Short Film

365 Days is a self-initiated short film created as an experiment with my new Sony camera. I used the project to explore cinematography, editing and visual storytelling outside of a client brief, developing the film independently from the first idea through to final production.

CONCEPT

The film explores the passing of time through quiet, observational imagery and recurring numerical references. Everyday moments are contrasted with statements about the days that have passed or remain, creating a subtle tension between routine, productivity and the limited time within a year.

PRODUCTION

The film combines atmospheric cinematography with restrained typography and deliberate pacing. Framing, light, colour and rhythm were developed as part of the experiment, while the editing brings individual observations together into a coherent visual narrative.
